To identify and treat tuberculosis patients, ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent the occurrence and transmission of tuberculosis, analyze tuberculosis related data for program evaluation and planning, and ultimately, eliminate tuberculosis in Oklahoma.

Services

Provide TB skin test (PPD).

Follow-up and treatment for those with a positive skin test.

Fees

No fee is charged however a $5.00 donation for a TB skin test is requested to cover costs. TB skin tests will not be refused based on inability to pay.

Hours/How to Make an Appointment

Monday through Wednesday and Friday.
TB skin tests are not available on Thursday.
The health department is open 8:00 to 5:00

Clients who make appointments will have priority.  Walk-ins will be seen based on staff availability.  In order to better serve you, please call the below numbers to check service availability.  

Important Information

Patients are required to return to a clinic 48-72 hours after receiving the tuberculosis test to complete the process.
