Oklahoma’s Equitable Access to Excellent Educators Plan

Oklahoma’s Equitable Access to Excellent Educators Plan consists of identified gaps in which minority and impoverished students are taught by inexperienced, unqualified, and out-of-field teachers. The OSDE’s strategies to reduce these gaps include meaningful professional development, mentoring, and improved educator preparation pathways.
