Nominate Your School

Thank you for your interest in the Oklahoma Lead Testing in Schools and Childcare facilities program. We are a free program dedicated to eliminating lead contamination sources within schools and childcare facilities across our state. Please provide the following details to nominate your school or childcare facility to be included in our program.

Once your nomination has been received, a DEQ representative will contact the listed facility, inform them of our program, and send them instructions on how to apply for assistance. This program is completely voluntary, and a nomination does not guarantee that the suggested facility will be interested in participation.

If the nominated facility is interested, we will move forward with scheduling an initial inventory and initial sampling event with school staff. All results are required to be posted publicly by facility officials and available online on our website.
