Certificates of Pardon, Parole, Commutation, and Revocation
The Oklahoma Secretary of State is the record repository for certificates of pardon, parole, commutation, and revocation. This office is not a criminal records repository and does not maintain criminal case records. These certificates are defined as an official act of the Governor; therefore, only the certificates are recorded and maintained by the Secretary of State.
Our agency does not have the authority to provide legal advice and can not provide, nor do we have, any information on the State's criminal record expungement process.
