Official Oklahoma Statutes & Session Laws

Oklahoma’s Official Statues, Official Session Laws and Oklahoma Constitution are now available electronically and free to the public (beginning with the 2021 legislative year).

Per House Bill 1799, 57th Legislature, 2nd Session (Okla. Stat. Title 75, §13) the Oklahoma Secretary of State is directed to provide Oklahoma’s official laws in electronic format, therefore from 2021 forward, our office no longer has the authority to purchase hard copy Statute books or hard copy Session Laws books for distribution to previously qualified State Officials or Entities. Contact the State’s publisher for sales assistance of a hard copy.

True and exact copies of all enrolled legislation and resolutions, beginning with the 2001 legislative session (48th Legislature, 1st Regular Session), are provided and can be downloaded free of charge, via the Secretary of State’s Official Receiving Lists for Enrolled Legislation and Resolutions.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court’s Certification of the Official Oklahoma Statutes (Unannotated) and Oklahoma Historical Statutes (Unannotated) filed April 1, 2025 certifies that both electronic publications are the official versions of the State.

The Official Oklahoma Statutes (Unannotated) is current to the most recent legislative session, the Official Oklahoma Statutes (Unannotated) site includes the unannotated Oklahoma Statutes, Court Rules, and the Oklahoma Constitution. The content included at this site is listed on the Official Oklahoma Statutes (Unannotated) home page.
