Notary Bulk Order

The Oklahoma Secretary of State makes notary data available from our database on a monthly and daily basis. The monthly export is our complete database in a tilde(~)-delimited text file. The file contains 10 relational tables, compressed (zipped) for web download. When unzipped, it is approximately 150 megabytes.

The daily updates have the same data structure as the master download but contain filings only for the corresponding day. A file describing the structure of both downloads is available from the links below. A sample daily data file is also available. The Master file is a larger version with the same layout.

You may create a custom notary list by registration period, county or city. The fee for custom reports vary by size, based on a rate of one dollar ($1) per forty (40) records.

Custom reports are presented in standard xhtml. Common office spreadsheet applications can open html documents directly and optionally save to their proprietary format.
