FOREIGN PROTECTION ORDERS – OK VINE SYSTEM REGISTRATION
The Uniform Interstate Enforcement of Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act provides a service for submitting Foreign Protection Orders to the state for registration into the OK VINE System (Victim Information and Notification Everyday), 22 O.S. 60.25. A Foreign Protection Order is a protection order issued by a tribunal or court of another state to protect a victim from abuse.
The OK VINE Program is administered entirely by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Victim Advocacy and Services Unit. While our office receives submitted orders, registration into the VINE system is processed directly by the Attorney General’s Unit. For more details about the automated alert system, please contact the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Victim Advocacy and Services Unit or visit its OK VINE information page here.
