The Oklahoma Secretary of State makes data available from our database on a monthly and weekly basis. The monthly export is our complete database in a tilde(~)-delimited text file. The file contains 19 relational tables, compressed (zipped) for web download. When unzipped, it is approximately 600 megabytes. The weekly updates have the same data structure as the master download but contain filings only for the corresponding week. You may create a custom entity list by organization type, registration period and/or zipcode prefix. The fee for custom reports vary by size, based on a rate of one dollar ($1) per forty (40) records.

Custom reports are presented in standard xhtml. Common office spreadsheet applications can open html documents directly and optionally save to their proprietary format.
