A Certificate of Good Standing is a certificate issued by the Secretary of State as evidence that your corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership is in good standing with the Secretary of State’s office.

Certified Copies are copies of any single document or all documents that an entity has filed with the Secretary of State’s office which are certified to be a true and correct copy of the official document.

• Entity Details
  Entity details may include correct name, status, date of registration, registered agents name and  and address, principal place of business, state of domicile, authorized shares and par value, and a complete list of filing history, with reference to the filing date of each document.
  *Please understand this order type will not provide copies of documents referenced in the filing history.

• Certificate of Fact
  A certificate of fact is a certificate issued by this office which states a specific fact(s) about an entity. Facts may include business name, status, registered agent's name and address, trade names, or fictitious name filed.

• Certificate of Record of Fictitious Name
  A certificate which states that a Fictitious Name filed on behalf of a partnership has been recorded in this office.

• Certificate of Record of Tradename
  A certificate which states that a Tradename or d/b/a has been filed in this office on behalf of a business entity.
  
  
• Duplicate Certificates
  A Duplicate Certificate is a duplicate copy of an original certificate issued on behalf of a business entity.
