The Charitable Organizations section represents a subsection of our Business Filing Department but has expanded to accommodate the amendments to the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act, found in S.B. 1070, passed in 2010 and effective July 1, 2011.

Documents presented in person may either be dropped off at no additional fee or you may pay an additional fee in the amount of $50.00 for each document to receive Same Day Service.
