Commercial Driver License
There are two ways to renew or replace your
Commercial Driver License: online or in-person.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Valid Oklahoma Address
You currently have a valid Oklahoma address
Valid Oklahoma Commercial Driver License
You currently have a valid Commercial Driver License or a license that has not been expired for more than one (1) year
US Citizen
You're a US citizen or permanent resident
DOT Medical Card
You have a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card)
You’re NOT eligible to renew online if:
- You currently have a Commercial Learner Permit (CLP)
- You need to change or remove a restriction on your CDL
- You have changed your name, and it is not reflected on your identification documents
- You are a Hazardous Materials endorsement holder, you are required to renew in person
- You are exempt from having a Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card)
Steps to Renew Your CDL
Prepare the following:
- Primary ID — View the list of all acceptable primary identification documents
- Proof of Oklahoma residency — View the list of all acceptable residency documents
- A valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT medical card), if you plan to operate in non-excepted interstate commerce (i.e. leaving Oklahoma with CDL vehicles)

Receive your CDL license in the mail within 10-21 days

Replacements: $25.00
Renewals:
- Class A: $56.50
- Class B: $56.50
- Class C: $46.50
8-Year Credential Option
Replacements: $25.00
Renewals:
- Class A: $113.00
- Class B: $113.00
- Class C: $93.00
