Terms and Conditions for Service Oklahoma’s Generative AI Assistant, Miles

1. Introduction
Welcome to Miles, the AI-powered assistant provided by Service Oklahoma ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Miles, you ("User") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of Miles immediately.

2. Nature of the Service
Miles is a generative AI-powered chatbot designed to assist users with information and inquiries related to Service Oklahoma’s services. While we strive to ensure accuracy, responses generated by Miles may be incomplete, outdated, inapplicable or incorrect.

3. Beta Version Notice
Miles is currently in its beta phase of development, meaning it is still undergoing testing and improvement. As a result:

• Responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete guidance.
• The system may experience unexpected errors, downtimes, or functionality changes.
• Feedback from users is encouraged to help refine and improve Miles.

Your use of Miles during this beta phase is at your own discretion and risk. 4. Acceptable Use

By using Miles, you agree to:

• Use the assistant for lawful and appropriate purposes only.
• Not input or request any unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
• Not use Miles for commercial purposes, automated data extraction, or other exploitative uses.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, disassemble or disrupt Miles' functionality.
• Not to infringe or misappropriate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Not to resell the services or content.

We reserve the right to terminate access to Miles for users who violate these Terms.

5. No Legal or Professional Advice
Miles is an informational tool and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Information obtained from Miles should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation with qualified experts.  

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• Interactions with Miles may be recorded and analyzed to improve performance and functionality.
• The data collected is governed by applicable state and federal law, including the Driver Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. §2721.
• Do not share sensitive or confidential personal information with Miles, such as Social Security numbers, financial details, or other private information.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• We do not guarantee that Miles will always provide accurate, complete, or reliable information.
• The State of Oklahoma and Service Oklahoma are not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from your reliance on responses provided by Miles.
• Your use of Miles is at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Miles after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
