Program Review Templates for Initial Programs

The State Program Approval process follows these policy guidelines.

EPP faculty use the Initial Review Templates for either type of program review below:

1. New undergraduate programs to be approved by the Commission for Educational Quality and Accountability (CEQA)
2. Undergraduate programs for which national standards have been revised

EPP faculty use the Continuing Review Templates for undergraduate programs previously approved by the CEQA.
