National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) represent teacher leaders who have achieved advanced professional certification through rigorous teaching milestones. In Oklahoma, NBCTs engage in a teacher leader cohort through Education Leadership Oklahoma (ELO) spanning the entire state.
