In May 2024, the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability (OEQA) administered a Professional Learning Survey to identify the most important topics for professional development for educators in Oklahoma. The survey was sent to 3,500 randomly selected teachers, and we received 516 responses—a 15% response rate. This feedback is crucial in helping us and our partners strengthen Oklahoma's educator support system by shaping future professional learning opportunities.
We are excited to share the results of this survey through a public dashboard on our website. The dashboard allows users to explore both the quantitative and qualitative data, with filtering options based on various factors like experience, certification type, and themes. Our goal is to ensure that educators, administrators, and stakeholders can use these insights to support their professional learning activities across the state.
