ELO Scholarship
EDUCATION LEADERSHIP OKLAHOMA (ELO) is administered by the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability (OEQA) in partnership with the Oklahoma State Legislature to provide support for Oklahoma Teachers seeking National Board Certification.
Scholarship recipients will be funded $1800 to cover the component fees for National Board Certification. Payments for the $1800 scholarship will be divided among the four components of the National Board process, with $450 being paid for each component. Support and mentoring will be provided by OEQA and be available to all applicants.

The Education Leadership Oklahoma (ELO) Scholarship is designed to support Oklahoma public school teachers pursuing National Board Certification (NBCT).
