Setting up a Bidx.com account for viewing the Apparent Bids webpage requires no fee.

Please note establishing a Bidx.com account is not required to obtain timely bid opening results for ODOT and Turnpike bid openings. The information provided on the Apparent Bids webpage is made available on the ODOT Contracts and Proposals webpage in the form of the Preliminary Low Bid Report. This report is made available typically within 30 minutes of the bid opening, pending any technical difficulties experienced during the processing of electronic bids.
