Summer Reading Performers Submission Forms

Thank you for your interest in sharing your talents with patrons and local communities across Oklahoma.

The information that you provide on the form(s) will be included on the ODL Youth Services Summer Reading Resources page and shared with libraries and library staff across Oklahoma. You will be contacted directly by the individual libraries for booking.

Please select the button below for the year you would like to present. Keep in mind the themes for each Summer Reading Program. 

Note: You can submit one for each year you would like to be considered. If you have different programs available for any given year, you can submit more than one per year if necessary.

2025 Summer Reading theme is Art. The slogan is Color Our World.
