• Details: We are excited to announce that our 2026 IOGCC Annual Conference will be held at the renowned Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia on October 26-28, 2026. Nestled in the scenic Allegheny Mountains, the Greenbrier is one of America’s most iconic and historic hotels, offering an exceptional blend of elegance, history, and adventure.

The conference proceedings will bring together governors, state and federal regulatory officials, oil and natural gas industry representatives, and non-governmental organizations to advance IOGCC’s mission to champion the conservation and efficient recovery and storage of domestic oil and gas resources while protecting human health and safety and the environment. A distinguished lineup of speakers will share timely insights and expertise on key issues facing our membership and the energy sector. The conference will provide valuable opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful discussion among policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, and stakeholders.

• Guest $50.00 Entrance to Breakfast and Receptions Only. (Spouse/significant other/immediate family member of a registered attendee).

Cancellation Policy:

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee within the same organization at no additional charge.

If you must cancel, registration fees are refundable less the processing charge if your request for a refund received by October 23, 2026.  After October 23, 2026, registraton fees are nonrefundable.

Greenbrier Valley Airport is a 15-minute drive from the Greenbrier with daily flights to and from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

Other major airports convenient to the Greenbrier include Roanoke, VA (75 minutes), Charleston, WV (85 minutes) and Beckley, WV (50 minutes).  

Amtrak also has a train station located directly across the street from the Greenbrier's main entrance.  Amtrak offers regular train service to the Greenbrier from major cities, including Washington, D.C., New York City, and Chicago.  Complimentary transportation is available to bring you and your luggage from the train station.
