Mission Vision

The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission is a multi-state government agency that champions the conservation and efficient recovery and storage of domestic oil and gas resources while protecting human health and safety and the environment.

The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission will be viewed as the authority on domestic oil and gas issues. The strategies and services of the Commission will be developed around emerging issues, so that the IOGCC is a leader and a driver of national oil and gas policy.
