Self Trainings, User Tools & Resources
- Before we set up new ROVER program users, we require that they receive training on use of the system. The online training should take 30 minutes or less and will require the computer’s speakers. After the video, there is a brief evaluation and data sheet linked below. Upon submission of these, we will provide a username and temporary PIN for access to the ROVER system. When completing the data sheet, please include the work address and telephone number rather than the new user's residential information.
- The ROVER training videos for Medical Certifiers/Medical Certifier Assistants, Funeral Directors/Funeral Director Assistants, and Birth Records are below.
- After viewing the training video, please click the Data Sheet & Quiz link below the video and follow the prompts to complete and submit the forms.
- We always look forward to including new program users to our ROVER team. Please feel free to contact AskROVER with any questions. The ROVER Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except legal holidays.
