This web-based system is designed to streamline the registration process for death, birth, and fetal death certificates while providing an enhanced, efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Here’s how you can engage with the system and ensure its success:

Enrollment in the system is vital for ensuring a seamless experience with the NextGen Death Module.

• What we’re doing: Multiple learning sessions and online training videos have been offered to accommodate diverse schedules, along with targeted communications to emphasize the importance of enrollment.
• What you can do: Leadership and stakeholders, please continue to encourage your teams to complete enrollment promptly to maximize the benefits of the system.

As part of this transition, it is essential for funeral homes to restart any records that were not previously registered in the old system. This will ensure accuracy and completeness in the NextGen ROVER system.

• If you are unsure whether a record needs to be restarted, please contact the Help Desk for guidance.
• To further assist with this process, our team will proactively reach out to funeral homes with records left unregistered during the transition to provide additional support.

Your prompt attention to this process will help maintain smooth operations and ensure no records are left incomplete.

We recognize that adapting to the new system may present challenges for some users, but robust support is in place:

• A demo site is available for users to practice and familiarize themselves with the system.
• Personalized training sessions and ongoing resources are being provided to enhance understanding.
• Designated support contacts are ready to assist users requiring additional guidance.
