The United Way of North Central Oklahoma will hold a resource fair, wit the D3 Mobile Wellness Unit in attendance. We will have a limited number of booster seats available (to those who qualify).
Services being offered:
Blood Pressure Checks,
COVID-19 Testing,
COVID-19 Vaccine,
Dental Varnish (in conjunction with WIC),
Glucose Checks,
SoonerCare (Evaluations/Applications),
SNAP (Evaluations/Applications,
WIC (Enrollment & Recertification).
