The Health Department's Mobile Wellness Unit will be at the Grace Resource Center from 10am-12pm on Tuesday, January 10th. Health services will be available to all ages at no out-of-pocket cost.
Services being offered:
Blood Pressure Checks.
Chronic Disease Management.
COVID-19 Testing,
COVID-19 Vaccine,
Exams (Men & Women),
Flu Vaccine,
Glucose Checks,
Sick Visits (Adults/Children - Minor Symptoms),
Well-Checks.
Please bring an ID and insurance card, if possible.
