The Mobile Wellness Clinic will be in Granite, OK from 9:30 am to 3 pm on Thursday, November 10 at 400 N. Main Street in Granite.
No appointment is needed, except for WIC services. For WIC appointments, call Greer County Health Department (580) 782-5531.
Services offered by the mobile wellness unit will include:
• Know Your Numbers-Glucose/Cholesterol/HDL/Blood Pressure screening
• WIC-supplemental nutrition for women, infants, and children: please schedule by calling your local county health department
• Childhood/Adult Immunizations
• Fluoride Varnishing
• Blood lead screenings
• Pregnancy testing
• COVID testing and vaccinations
