Mobile Health Clinic will be at the Hobart Alliance Food Pantry 1020 West Iris Avenue to provide wellness visits to include child and adult health exams, family planning services, pregnancy test, childhood vaccines, blood lead screening test, COVID-19 and Flu testing and vaccinations, pneumonia vaccine and fluoride varnishing. Open to the public. To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable
