Description
The Caddo County Health Department will have its Mobile Wellness Unit in Binger at the parking lot of the Church of God, 619 Main Street. Nurses will provide wellness visits to include child and adult health exams, family planning services, pregnancy test, childhood vaccines, blood lead screening test, COVID-19 and Flu testing and vaccinations, pneumonia vaccine and fluoride varnishing. To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable.

Chronic Disease Management,
COVID-19 Testing,
COVID-19 Vaccine,
Dental Varnish (in conjunction with WIC),
Exams (Men & Women),
