The Comanche County Health Department will have its Mobile Wellness Clinic in Lawton at the Hungry Hearts, 605 SW 11th Street in Lawton. The clinic is open to the public.
To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable. For WIC services only, please make an appointment by calling the Comanche County Health Department (580) 248-5890.
Nurses will provide wellness visits to include child and adult health exams, family planning services, pregnancy test, childhood vaccines, blood lead screening test, COVID-19 and Flu testing and vaccinations, pneumonia vaccine and fluoride varnishing.
