The OSDH District 2 Mobile Wellness Unit serves an eight-county region including Alfalfa, Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant, Kingfisher, Logan, and Major counties.
To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable. Insurance is accepted but not required.
Services offered by the mobile wellness unit include COVID-19 vaccines (PFIZER-pediatric, and adult, Moderna), Immunizations (Flu, TDap, Tetanus), Blood pressure checks, and Dental varnish (6 months-18 years of age), WIC (Enrollment & Recertification), Pregnancy testing.
