The Mobile Wellness Unit will be in Mountain Park, Oklahoma, 208 Spruce Street, from 9:30 am to 3 pm on Tuesday, December 6. Services provided include STD/STI checks, confidential exams, laboratory tests, counseling and treatment. Family Planning to include annual exams, fertility counseling, birth control, and pregnancy testing. Child & Adolescent Health to include sick care, well-child check-ups, sports physicals, health screenings, and fluoride varnishing. WIC Services to include Children First, child guidance, SoonerStart. Immunizations to include child and adult vaccines. Know Your Numbers: get your glucose, cholesterol, HDL, blood pressure screening. I.D. and insurance card may be applicable.
