The Mobile Wellness Unit will be in Lawton, Oklahoma at the Family Promise, 901 SW 17th Street, from 9 am to 4 pm on Thursday, December 15. Services provided include STD/STI checks, confidential exams, laboratory tests, counseling and treatment. Family Planning to include annual exams, fertility counseling, birth control, and pregnancy testing. Child & Adolescent Health to include sick care, well-child check-ups, sports physicals, health screenings, and fluoride varnishing. Immunizations to include child and adult vaccines. Know Your Numbers: get your glucose, cholesterol, HDL, and blood pressure screening. I.D. and Insurance Card may be applicable.
