The Mobile Wellness Unit will be in Lawton, Oklahoma at the Hungry Hearts, 605 SW 11th Street, from 10 am to 2 pm on Tuesday, December 13. Services provided include STD/STI checks, confidential exams, laboratory tests, counseling and treatment. Family Planning to include annual exams, fertility counseling, birth control, and pregnancy testing. Child & Adolescent Health to include sick care, well-child check-ups, sports physicals, health screenings, and fluoride varnishing. WIC Services to include Children First, child guidance, SoonerStart. Immunizations to include child and adult vaccines. Know Your Numbers: get your glucose, cholesterol, HDL, blood pressure screening. I.D. and insurance card may be applicable.
