Description
The mobile wellness unit will be at the Boley Community Center to offer flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations. Community Health Workers will be available for resource referrals.
Services being offered:
COVID-19 Vaccine,
Flu Vaccine.
Insurance accepted, but not required. Please bring COVID-19 vaccination history cards if applicable. Scheduled clinic times may be postponed or cancelled in the event of severe weather.
