Description
The mobile wellness unit will be at the Checotah Public Schools Event Center giving COVID-19 vaccines. Pfizer, Janssen, and Moderna brands will be available. Boosters and pediatric Pfizer (ages 5-11) will also be available. No appointment or insurance necessary. Minors must have signed consent form if guardian is not present. Please bring COVID-10 vaccination card if applicable. In the event of severe weather, scheduled clinic time may be shortened or postponed.
