Clinic Schedule

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 pm.

All other services are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, if staff is available, as needed.  

We give priority to appointments, but if someone presents without an appointment we will do our best to meet their needs as soon as possible.  

Please contact the health department at (580) 921-2029  for more information, or to schedule an appointment.  We ask that you bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and any insurance cards for each appointment.  

If you are driving from out of town, please call ahead to verify that nurses are in the clinic and available if you are coming to the clinic without an appointment.

Anyone can receive services from the Harper County Health Department regardless of age, race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
