The Choctaw County Health Department offers a variety of public health services to protect and promote health to our residents, including Child Guidance, Children First, Consumer Protection, Family Planning, Health Education, Immunizations, SoonerStart Early Intervention, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Tobacco Prevention, Turning Point, and WIC.
