Clinic Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed for the lunch hour from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.  

All other services are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  

We give priority to appointments, but if someone presents without an appointment we will do our best to meet their needs as soon as possible.  

Please contact the health department at (580) 625-3693 for more information, or to schedule an appointment.  We ask that you bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and any insurance cards for each appointment.  

If you are driving from out of town, please call ahead to verify that nurses are in the clinic and available before driving to Beaver.

Anyone can receive services from the Beaver County Health Department regardless of age, race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
