Clinic Schedule

Clinic Hours:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

Appointments:

We provide Family Planning Services from Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.00pm, and Thursday (for exams) 8.00am-4pm.  For Wednesdays and Thursdays, appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are accepted except on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Please contact the health department at (580) 889-2116 for more information, or to schedule an appointment. We ask that you bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and any insurance cards for each appointment.
