High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM)
The 2025-2026 instructional materials cycle will review Social Studies, Social Studies Content Reading, and Personal Financial Literacy.
The State Textbook Committee approved instructional materials for Computer Science, Fine Arts, and Technology Education. Go to the approved titles to view approved materials and rubrics.
To support local school districts in accessing and selecting high-quality instructional materials, the Oklahoma State Department of Education provides the following support structures:
- Thorough Reviews for Statewide Adoption Lists - Partner with the Oklahoma State Textbook Committee to lead a rigorous, state-level evaluation of instructional materials, ensuring expert-reviewed, high-quality resources for educators across Oklahoma. Learn More.
