Supt. Ryan Walters thanks the Trump Administration for Bold Education Reform
Title Funds have been released to promote the America First Agenda
Oklahoma City, OK – OSDE is proud to announce the Trump Administration has completed their fiscal review and have released just over 19 million dollars in title funds to Oklahoma schools from the 5 billion dollar total. Grantees are no longer permitted to use federal, taxpayer funds to promote harmful woke ideologies such as DEI & CRT on students. The Administration has also made it clear that funds can be revoked if schools do not comply with his American First education priorities.
“There has never been a president in American history who has prioritized students the way President Trump has,” said Superintendent Ryan Walters. “In Oklahoma, we are proud to work with the Trump administration in ensuring our students do not fall victim to a left-wing indoctrination campaign.”
OSDE is proud to work with the Trump Administration to ensure taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and effectively for Oklahoma students. Every county in Oklahoma voted overwhelmingly for President Trump—and today, we’re seeing promises made, promises kept.
