Plumbing Apprentice

All plumbing helpers performing any plumbing work must be registered and directly supervised by a journeyman or a contractor in ratio of no more than three (3) Apprentices to one Journeyman or Contractor who are licensed.  Hours worked as a registered Apprentice count towards the verifiable experience requirements to become a Journeyman.
