To limit possible exposure to Contagious Illnesses, the CIB requests you maintain social distance of six feet or more with no more than two people in the lobby at one time.  You are encouraged to wear a mask. 

Forms still can be printed off the CIB website. Forms and envelopes will continue being made available in the landing area immediately outside of the CIB reception area and can be mailed to the CIB office instead of entering the CIB lobby area. To avoid delays, please feel free to conveniently drop off your paperwork 24/7 in the gray Drop Box located on the first-floor south sidewalk by the elevator landing marked as CIB Drop Box. (Please see drop box photo.) If you need a post mark for determining if late fee applies, you will need to use the U.S. Postal Service.
