Anchor Link

An anchor link allows a user to navigate to a different location on the page. Anchor links are presented directly above the content of the page and below the navigation.

How it Works

An anchor link presents itself as text. When clicked on, the anchor link jumps a user to the content associated with the link. It is used on content heavy pages to help users avoid long scrolling interaction.

How to Use

Anchor Links should be restricted to the top of the body content and not used in headers. If you are looking for a larger and more prominent link, consider using other types of call to actions such as buttons or text links.
