Kayleen Flom - Program Manager 

Kayleen Flom is a Program Manager for Statewide Programs at TSET. Prior to joining TSET, she served as a Program Manager at the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, where she led statewide initiatives and improved operational processes. She is a Project Management Professional and holds Lean Six Sigma and procurement certifications. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Oklahoma State University.
