TSET’s Built Environment Grant: Physical Activity supports projects that improve places where Oklahomans can be physically active. Funding is available through two opportunities, one for planning and design and one for construction implementation.
Planning and Design for Physical Activity
This funding opportunity supports feasibility studies and planning or design work for parks and open spaces, streetscapes, trails, pedestrian safety, complete streets, wayfinding, safe routes and school-based physical activity projects.
Funding: Up to $150,000 for up to 12 months.
Construction Implementation for Physical Activity
This funding opportunity supports small- to medium-sized construction projects that make changes to parks and open spaces, safe routes to schools, grocery stores or parks and school environments to help more people be physically active.
Funding: Up to $300,000 per year for up to two years.
