David Martin is a Grants Manager for TSET. Prior to joining TSET, Martin worked in grants management across the full grants life cycle, working in both municipal government and the nonprofit sector. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Professional Writing from the University of Oklahoma.
