OMES Organizational and Employee Development Partners is an internal training unit serving OMES employees.
As a hub for training and knowledge, OEDP collaborates with OMES divisions to identify development needs. Their mission is to better equip OMES employees to serve those who serve Oklahomans.
OEDP is proud to introduce groundbreaking concepts and models for human excellence and culture building. They offer only what the subject matter experts believe in and strive to practice what they preach.
NOTE: OEDP is responsible for tracking and maintaining OMES supervisory credits. They continue to make classes available throughout the year for all OMES employees.
