Apex, Inc. is a not for profit agency that has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities for over thirty-one years. They currently serve thirty-five plus individuals in a variety of capacities. These laws establish intervention and assistance for vulnerable adults in cases of abuse, neglect and exploitation. They also set requirements for reporting suspected cases of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
