The Mobile Wellness Clinic will be in Lawton, OK from 10 am to 2 pm on Tuesday, November 8 at 605 SW 11th Street at the Hungry Hearts of Lawton parking lot. No appointment is needed, except for WIC services. For WIC appointments, call Comanche County Health Department (580) 248-5890.
Services offered by the mobile wellness unit will include:
• Know Your Numbers-Glucose/Cholesterol/HDL/Blood Pressure screening
• WIC-supplemental nutrition for women, infants, and children: please schedule by calling your local county health department
• Childhood/Adult Immunizations
• Fluoride Varnishing
• Blood lead screenings
• Pregnancy testing
• COVID testing and vaccinations
Services being offered:
Blood Pressure Checks,
Child & Adolescent Immunizations,
COVID-19 Testing,
COVID-19 Vaccine,
Dental Varnish (in conjunction with WIC),
Family Planning,
Flu Vaccine,
Glucose Checks,
