Specialty License Plate
How do you get a plate for your vehicle?
The Child Abuse Prevention specialty license plate is available for $35, plus a $6.15 mailing fee. You can apply in person at Service Oklahoma, located at 6015 N. Classen Blvd., Building 4, in Oklahoma City. Alternatively, complete the fundraising form and submit it at a local tag agency or mail it to Service Oklahoma using the address provided on the form. Please allow up to eight weeks for your plate to arrive by mail.
How does buying a plate help prevent child abuse?
With every specialty tag purchased, $20 is contributed to the Child Abuse Prevention Fund, directly supporting programs that protect children and prevent abuse across Oklahoma. Beyond its contribution, the vibrant and colorful design of the tag serves as a powerful tool to raise awareness about child abuse and the urgent need for prevention and protection within our communities.
